how do u love the LOVE?

it just came upon me.
i was watching this advert for a v.day album.
i realised that love tht is sung nowadays..
are always bad.
nil of romance.
nil of romantic love.

examples of good, positive, romantic love:
James Blunt- you're beautiful..
power of love...
heaven knows...

examples of bad, negative, non-romantic love:
rihanna- unfaithful..
jojo- too little too late..
cassie- long way to go..
carrie underwood- before he cheats..
and the list just goes on..

is it 'fashionable' to do this these days?

hot pick!
Ashley Parker Angel- Let U Go

n'Joy.

Learn to cherish, Learn to Love.

i'm bummed about it.
not long ago i was watching her on tv..
she was alive and well.
she was even chatting and laughing.

she met with the accident on friday.
she was in 3rd degree coma.
she struggled till sunday.

i'll miss her.
i'll miss the angel.
i'll miss Hsu Wei Lun.

when was the last time..
...i seriously felt like writing a blog entry.
sighs

and some pics of my model for henpl.
i understand the loads of patterns part.
but i love it.
and it's hard work doing it for so long.
who cares if it's good or not. i just love it.
ahhhh.. rebel.

it's been taxing these days to have to rush projects like there's no end to it.
lemme see.
i have
1.contract administration
2.space planning
3.organisation communication
and soon to come..
4.human environment planning.
it's been like this since the start of year2.2
and it kinda sucks to do this every time.
and it isnt gonna end till the end of sch.
i need assurance.
i miss the indulgences
i miss my ice-cream
i miss my chocolates
i miss my trips to the esplanade with felicia
i miss playing pool at the now defunct pavilion
i miss walking by the beach and riding the bicycle i'm always slow at
i miss sleepovers
i miss having to worry about nothing.

today was hell of a wreck.
we had been doing space planning since the start of class.
lets say, about 10-11am
and then we went for tut..
thn we started doing our work again at 1pm
all the way till 5.40pm
and tht was when we finally finished the sketches.. diagrams blah blah.
it was crazy
i wonder why we required so much time.
we were serious about it.
but still time was a constraint
and tht isnt good.
i wonder how am i to brush up my time management skills.

btw, term test results came back quite some time ago..
i did.. okay.
i passed all..
but not good enuff.
i've gotta buck up for exam.

my study week's gonna be on the week of cny.
it's not good.
but to think of it the bright side,
'least it's not in the middle of the study week.

these days, it's got me thinking.
courtesy does play a big part in life.
like queuing up for stuff,
letting your seats to those who need it SO MUCH more than u do (dont act sleepyhead),
say sorry when you so obviously bang into people,
and that 'tsit tsit' isnt bringing you anywhere.

i wonder if patience still counts too.
i mean people horn at the slightest things.
i mean.. horning when the guy in front of you isnt turing at the time u please, that is madness.
ever thought that there might be traffic and if he turned, it may mean an accident?
it means there'll be people injured and who knows you may be injured too.
or lets say, if u were so lucky to tide through tht, you'll be the witness which means u need to spend more time?

okay, i might be going a little too far..
but please think..
how'd you feel if the fella who gets horned for no apparent reason is you.
would you SMILE AND WAVE BACK?
grah.

and i realise something too.
i finally understand why there are always unpleasant vomit smells on the buses.
the bus drivers nowadays love braking.
and usually they would brake continuously over a period of time.
1.the bus isnt faulty.
2.there isnt much traffic.
i wonder how much stuff is there to brake about.
no wonder people get bus-sick and vomit.
sighs.

i've let out my frustrations for 3 weeks.
i hope none would come soon.
seriously, these days i feel that courtesy, patience is so bloody important.
i understand the courtesy lion and clean&green frog.
they ARE important.

i feel better now.
muahaha.

My fave movie list 2006 & my most hated films?

Best dance movie: Step up
i cant get enough of the dance steps and the music.
great combination of everything. perhaps the storyline isnt that great, but still, it's nice.

Best comedy: Night at the museum
i love that it is different. since the storyline's about the museum coming to life at night, it isnt bizarre or stupid of how it all comes about. besides, the homour it uses, i doubt anyone would resist. i lurve the ice age people trying to make fire, i lurve the monkey dexter, i lurve the mongolians, i lurve the 'dumb dumb', i lurve the mini romans and cowboys. i lurve it all. it is one of my most favourite movies of 2006!

Best victory: Bring it on: all or nothing
the cheerleading never stops! just that for this year, it's more harsh, be it in language or people. but it's cool that they find their personalities and they do it in style.

Best sequel: Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest
it looks good, it sounds good. kudos to johnny depp!

Most contraversal film: Curse of the Golden Flower
i mean, ok.. it's jay chou. i know he's a good musician, i just dont seriously feel that he's cut for that old time palac-ey feel. i admire the color combination of the film and it's obvious Zhang Yimou's good at that. overall, the storyline's not that bad, but it requires more zest.

Best lindsay lohan movie/ hilary duff movie: Just my luck, material girls.
Just my luck is stronger ins toryline, no doubt it was better compared to material girls cos material girls had a somewhat shallow storyline. i mean, there is a storyline, but i tot i saw it somewhere, or it felt so predictable, so i guess it requires.. too ...more zest.

Best family movie: Nanny mcphee
It teaches.. seriously.. it teaches.

Best movie .. in style: The devil wears prada
I obvious why it got this. cos it's prada. let's just be realistic.. dont u just admire the stuff that's going on? oops. i'm being tooooooooo realistic.

Craziest film 2006: Nacho Libre
need i add more? muahaha!

Love it or hate it.

the walls start breathing, my minds unweaving

This is seriously by far the most tedious and tiring week ever.
'though there are time a little indulgence helps.
tml's the worst presentation of my life.
i hope i'll be able to make it.

and i'm seriously lovin my hairstyle..
though it's not vivalicious.
nor is it the hottest trend..
but so..
it just feels nice having a whole load of hair gone.
at the back anyway..
and not all of it tht is.

i'mLovin it.

anyways.
more songs to come...
since mtv's been playing this..
Pussycat Dolls feat. Timbaland : Wait a minute

this song's really nice:
All American Rejects: It Ends Tonight

i need assurance.

Love the animals

i havent blogged for quite some time.
school's been busy.
projects been increasing.
i'm seriously tired
i m so thoroughly tired
i am bushed.
I AM.
i wonder how am i go through all this.

next week:
mon: hand in project, test
tues: test, project
wed: consultation
thurs: thanks god there's nth much.. but i have to prepare my teaching notes.
fri: teaching, presentation
my project's gonna be due next next week..
and my models.. well, the wall's up..
the door's up..
the nice little platform's up..
tv's done..
BUT..
no glass wall and chairs and tables and sofas and bar tables.
sighs
my living room is an empty shell.
and i love the fabrics i found at spotlight.

dad's going on a business trip.. againn.

these days i seldom dream much.
especially after school started.
tht isnt very good i think.
some say that u get the most rest when u dream..
it means ur body is totally regenerating.
i wonder.
but wells, even if i did dream, they're not lasting too.
so i'm missing my dreams..
especially the lasting ones.
'though they're said to not ever happen.

and i think they're right..
the weather IS hot.
it might just as well be the hottest year..
cos i remember last year during this time..
it gets so cold at my house that i get shivers now and then.
now.. i'm sweating.
this is madness!

wish me luck for next week.
i need LOADS of them.

You are The Star

Hope, expectation, Bright promises.

The Star is one of the great cards of faith, dreams realised

The Star is a card that looks to the future. It does not predict any immediate or powerful change, but it does predict hope and healing. This card suggests clarity of vision, spiritual insight. And, most importantly, that unexpected help will be coming, with water to quench your thirst, with a guiding light to the future. They might say you're a dreamer, but you're not the only one.
