freakish wrong thoughts.
i cant help but wonder how unlucky i could sometimes get in the academic sector.
sure enough, my gpa's isnt fantastic.
but still.
reading the news over the weekend's got me jittery and all.
all the talk about the squeezing. and madness record highs for ppl trying to enrol into unis.
chances are that they wouldnt be taking any chances and soon it'll be fighting for the overseas universities sector.
sad. but true.
i mean
true enough we're the baby boom year. (for the poly ppl anyway)
true enough that many ppl from my year decided that poly was a more suitable route.
true enough that the 'a' levels results this year was madness-ly fantastic.
BUT
there more than half poly grads trying to enrol.
sighs.
i cant help but somehow feel that the system's a little weird.
and yah, for that mediocre number of places.
sad. but true.
for now, i'm crossing my fingers and hoping and praying.
that my gpa's good enough to let me stay in sunny sg.Labels: rambles
